We take a personalised approach to support a diverse range of clients, promote independence and drive success.
As a family run business that has been established in Eastbourne for over 30 years, we have built up a wealth of experience, skill and understanding of adult social care. We support needs of our individual clients, working with them to achieve their personal goals and support independent living.
TSHS are Approved Providers for East Sussex County Council, providing specialist support and accommodation services for people with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, and physical health issues. We offer and maintain secure and safe living environments and provide tailored and meaningful support that meet individuals’ needs, as identified both in discussion with the clients and in their Support Plans from Adult Social Care. Our objective is to provide a comprehensive service that offers opportunities and appropriate support for vulnerable adults, working with clients in our shared houses and transition flats, as well as outreach clients.
We actively encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities including work, education and social activities. We support clients to manage their day-to-day lives, develop and maintain positive relationships, and to understand, promote and protect their own mental and physical health and wellbeing.
We are proud to be a part of the Eastbourne community, and we are committed to giving back in meaningful ways. Our residents are encouraged to be part of the local community, and we participate in local events and offer weekly trips to surrounding towns and villages, the seaside or in the countryside to promote health and wellbeing.
Our caring team of support workers has extensive experience working with adults with a range of support needs. Our staff are well trained and include individuals professionally qualified with nursing, social work, care certificate, physiotherapy, education and occupational therapy backgrounds.
We collaborate and communicate with other professionals to effectively care for and support our clients to help them to progress towards independence.
The team are passionate about the service we provide and about helping vulnerable people to have the best opportunities for recovery and development, wellbeing and fulfilment.
